Most Inkspired Concepts items are made especially for you. Typical production time is 5–10 business days before shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Please contact us as quickly as possible. Because many items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production has started.
Many of our apparel styles use unisex sizing, but fit can vary by garment. Please review the size chart shown on each product page before ordering.
When a proof is included, we will send it for approval before production. Please review spelling, colors and details carefully, because approved proofs move into production.
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Personalized and custom-made items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged or we made an error. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.
Turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water with mild detergent, and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
