DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER
If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or substantially different than what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
Contact us immediately after ordering. Once production has begun, custom and made to order items generally can not be cancelled.
APPROVED REFUNDS
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
